mFabrik is applying traditional computer telephony integration concepts to mobile phones.
Computer telephony integration, also called computer–telephone integration or CTI, is technology that allows interactions on a telephone and a computer to be integrated or coordinated. As traditional contact channels have expanded, the definition of CTI has evolved to include the integration of all customer contact channels such as voice, email, web, fax, etc. mFabrik simply applies this concept to the mobile phone.
