Mobipages speed up Technopolis Employee Poll
Says Ms Taina Ryhtä, HR assistant responsible for the Feeling Scale on Technopolis side: "Our people have really appreciated the easiness of this feedback channel. Replying with SMS can take place at one's own pace. However, a lot of the mobile terminals in our personnel's possession are being converted into smart phones with touch screens, which allow for even faster ways of communicating. Thus, when we heard of this new possibility of responding through mobipages, we wanted to try it out immediately".
Old habits are hard to overcome, but mobipage alternative has not bypassed unnoticed: "During the very first round of the new poll, already every tenth sms respondent moved to the mobipages. I am sure we will see higher ratios the next round, after the word has been out for a while!", adds Ms Ryhtä.
